Android Installation Guide

System Requirements

• Android 7.0 (Nougat) or later
• Supports ARM64 and ARM32 architectures

Installation Methods

Method 1: Google Play (Recommended)

1. Open Google Play Store
2. Search for "AiBooster"
3. Tap "Install"
4. Open the app after download completes

Method 2: APK Installation

1. Download APK file from official website
2. Open file manager and locate the downloaded APK
3. Tap to install (may need to allow "Unknown sources")
4. Open the app after installation

Allowing Unknown Sources Installation

Android 8.0 and above:

1. Open Settings → Apps
2. Find your file manager or browser
3. Tap Install unknown apps
4. Enable "Allow from this source"

First Use

1. Launch AiBooster
2. Allow VPN connection permission
3. Accept terms of service

Adding Subscription

Method 1: Scan QR Code

1. Tap the "+" button in bottom right
2. Select "Scan QR Code"
3. Scan the subscription QR code
4. Configuration is automatically added

Method 2: Paste Link

1. Copy subscription link
2. Open AiBooster
3. Tap "+" → "Import from clipboard"
4. Confirm addition

Method 3: Open Subscription Link

1. Tap subscription link in browser
2. Choose to open with AiBooster
3. Configuration imports automatically

Connecting

1. Select a node on main screen
2. Tap the toggle button in center
3. First connection will request VPN permission
4. Tap "OK" to allow
5. Shows traffic statistics when connected

Notification Bar Control

When connected, you can from the notification bar:

• View current node and traffic
• One-tap disconnect/reconnect
• Quick switch nodes

Battery Optimization Settings

For stable background operation, configure the following:

Disable Battery Optimization

1. Long press AiBooster icon
2. Tap "App info"
3. Enter "Battery" settings
4. Select "Unrestricted" or "Don't optimize"

Allow Background Running

Settings vary by phone brand:

Xiaomi/Redmi:

• Settings → Apps → Manage apps → AiBooster → Battery saver → No restrictions

Huawei/Honor:

• Settings → Battery → App launch → AiBooster → Manage manually (enable all)

OPPO/realme:

• Settings → Battery → More battery settings → Optimize battery usage → AiBooster → Don't optimize

vivo:

• Settings → Battery → Background power consumption → AiBooster → Allow high background power consumption

Samsung:

• Settings → Battery → Apps that won't be put to sleep → Add AiBooster

Troubleshooting

VPN Frequently Disconnects

1. Check battery optimization settings
2. Lock app in recent tasks
3. Try enabling "Keep awake" option

Cannot Connect

1. Try different nodes
2. Check if subscription is expired
3. Try updating subscription
