What is AgentAura?
AgentAura is a mobile app that lets you deploy your own private AI assistant (OpenClaw) with one click. Your AI runs on a dedicated server that only you can access.
What is OpenClaw?
OpenClaw is an open-source private AI assistant platform. It provides a ChatGPT-like experience but runs entirely on your own server, ensuring complete privacy.
Is my data private?
Yes! Your AI server is completely isolated. Your conversations, prompts, and data are not shared with anyone. Only you have access to your server.
Billing & Subscriptions
How does billing work?
AgentAura uses Apple App Store and Google Play for billing. You subscribe monthly through in-app purchase.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription anytime through your App Store or Google Play account. Your server will continue until the end of the billing period.
Do I get a refund if I cancel?
Refunds are handled by Apple/Google according to their policies. Contact Apple Support or Google Play Support for refund requests.
What happens when I cancel?
- Your server continues until the end of the current billing period
- After expiration, the server is stopped
- Data is retained for 7 days before deletion
- You can resubscribe anytime to restore access
Server & Technical
Where are the servers located?
Servers are provisioned on Hetzner Cloud, primarily in European data centers (Germany, Finland).
Can I choose the server location?
Currently, server location is automatically selected for optimal performance. Custom location selection is coming soon.
What AI model is used?
OpenClaw uses open-source AI models. The specific model may vary based on your plan and availability.
Can I access my server via API?
Yes! After deployment, you receive API access credentials. You can integrate your AI with other applications.
How long does deployment take?
Typically 2-5 minutes. You'll see real-time progress in the app.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Troubleshooting
My server shows "Stopped"
Your server may have been stopped due to:
- Subscription expiration
- Manual stop action
- Maintenance
Tap "Start" to resume, or renew your subscription.
Deployment failed
If deployment fails:
- Check your internet connection
- Verify payment was successful
- Wait a few minutes and try again
- Contact support if the issue persists
Can't connect to my AI
- Ensure the server is in "Running" state
- Check if you're using the correct URL
- Clear browser cache and try again
- Contact support if issue persists
